My Mission

Adding Life to Your Years

What does this mean, you ask?  Well, it means that I'm here to give you the tools and motivation you need to gain/maintain muscle mass, build endurance, improve your ADL, (activities of daily living) and move fluidly while being free of pain. 

I want you to be the best athlete of YOUR life by making sure you can squat, carry, push, pull, balance, hip-hinge, rotate, and anti-rotate without problems.  In other words, I want you to be able to pick up your child/grandchild, carry groceries up the stairs, open/close doors, work in the yard/garden, put on a seat belt, stop yourself from falling, and even bend over to tie your shoes.  We take these, and many other tasks like these for granted in our younger years.  As time goes on though, many of us start to experience pain from poor posture and improper movement patterns that have developed over the course of our lives, and these "simple" tasks start to become very tedious or even impossible for some.  

So let's work together to combat these potential issues and add life to your years, because "Movement is Life"

All services begin with a thorough health history, a 3 day food log evaluation, lifestyle questionnaire, and a basic functional movement assessment.

In Person Training

This is a popular trend in the fitness world today. Whether you’re training to build endurance, add muscle mass, or just want to move more efficiently, my individualized programs will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great.

Online Training

Online training is a fairly new and exciting way to offer health and fitness coaching to clients.  It can be utilized by anyone, anywhere, and offers convenience, responsiveness, flexibility, and affordability.  With it, I'm able to empower my clients with the accountability and support they need through text/phone call, email, and/or video chat without the scheduling nightmares of in person training.

Hybrid Program​

My Hybrid Program is the best of both worlds.  It's perfect for clients who want the benefits of in person training, but might be on a budget, or have a crazy schedule that makes it hard to get to every session.  Here's an example: Once a month, or once a week (that's up to you) we would meet in person to assess progress, answer questions, and/or go over exercises.  The rest of the month you would follow the online program I have developed for you.  That way you are able to workout when and where you want to, but still receive the benefit and structure of my ongoing support.
